Express chocolate mousse
Tip
For chilli chocolate mousse, add chilli flakes or paprika during step 1.
For jaffa chocolate mousse, replace water with orange juice (fresh is best) during step 1.
For extra goodness and subtle coconut flavour, replace water with coconut water or coconut milk or coconut cream during step 1.
You can substitute cacao with carob powder too.
To to ensure you get the most mousse out of the bowl once emptied into serving dishes - 10sec sp10 and use spatula to remove mousse from bowl. Otherwise you can pause between step 1 and 2 (topping) and make yourself a nutricious chocolate drink - just add nut milk or dairy milk if you prefer, 10sec speed 7.
