- 100 g raw sugar
- 50 g Desicated Coconut
- 4 drops vanilla essence / extract
- 15 g Sultana's
- 50 g Full-cream milk powder
- 850 g water

1. Add all ingredients to TM bowl and cook for 30mins / "Counter-clockwise operation" / 100 temp/speed 4 until mixture thickens.2. Pour the corn mixture into a cake tin. Sprinkle some more coconut on top of the mixture. 3.Allow to cool and when cool enough slice in small portions.
