Ingredients

Trifle

  • 750 grams mascarpone - italian cheese
  • 320 grams Single pouring cream
  • 30 grams brown sugar
  • 18 Store-bought sponge finger biscuits
  • 250 grams Dessert wine
  • 500 grams strawberries, sliced
  • 300 grams raspberries (fresh)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place the brown sugar in TM bowl speed 9, 10 seconds.

    Attatch butterfly.

    Add mascarpone and cream to TM bowl. speed 4, 30-40 seconds or until soft peaks form.

     

  2. Dip 8 sponge fingers in wine and place in the base of a glass trifle bowl. Place sliced strawberries around the inside of the bowl to decorate. Sprinkle the sponge fingers with some of the sliced strawberries & half of the raspberries.spread with half of the mascarpone mixture.Add another layer of sliced strawberries around the inside of the bowl. Dip remaining sponge fingers in wine, layer again, topping with berries and remaining mascorpone mixture. 

  3. Decorate the top of the trifle with remaining sliced strawberries.

    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

    Same here, would love to make this yummy trifle, but not into wines at all can you substitute a nice juice?? Or a nice non alcoholic wine perhaps??? Thanks for the recipe Thermonats 😊😊
