    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Lovely pasties. I did half the recipe

Good recipe. Does make a LOT of meat mixture, as others have noted. I actually made a third of the recipe amount as I only wanted enough for three, and I couldn't refresh the mince. I made 12 pasties and still had to throw out more than half the meat mixture! They turned out really well though and were easy to make, and the family liked them.

I added TM chicken stock instead of salt and pepper, plus some frozen peas. Next time I would add more herbs and spices, as they were a little bland.

Great recipe very easy to make and makes a huge amount.

I would consider halving the contents next time.

I  exchanged the puff pastry for the thermomix shortcrust pastry, which went very well.

I doubled the amount and still had filling left over!

I also took Mrsbell01 advise and added an egg and gravox, plus I added a few herbs.

Next time I will add a few peas.

    Thanks for sharing
