Ingredients
Chicken wontons
- 1 Packet wonton wrappers
- 4 spring onions
- 1 handful of coriander leaves
- 2 centimetres ginger
- 400 grams chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 10 grams sesame oil
- white pepper
Soup
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chilli
- 2 centimetres ginger
- 10 grams sesame oil
- 1000 grams Liquid Chicken Stock
- 600 grams water
- 2 star anise
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 200 grams Rice Vermicelli Noodles
- 4 heads of baby pak choy

Place spring onions, coriander & ginger in TM bowl. Speed 7, 3 secs.
Add cubed chicken, pepper, fish sauce & sesame oil. Press turbo, 3 times for 1 second.
Place 1 teaspoon of mixture in each wonton wrapper & fold. Place wontons on varoma tray & dish. Makes 38-40.
Without washing the TM bowl, add garlic, chilli & ginger. Speed 7, 3 seconds.
Add sesame oil. 3mins, 100 degrees, speed 1.
Add stock, water, star anise, brown sugar, soy sauce & fish sauce. Place varoma into position. 14 mins, varoma, speed 2.
Add to the TM bowl, noodles & pack choy(roughly chopped). Replace varoma. 6 mins, varoma, reverse, speed 2.
Place wontons in the thermoserver & pour over the soup.
Enjoy.

I think this is the best recipe on the community BUT it needs tweaking. Will oil the varoma next time as they stuck slightly to it. Also struggled to fit them all in without touching and so they all kind of stuck together. Would definately only half the noodles next time as there was barely any liquid left. I do love the simplicity of the recipe!
Loved it, I added a little more chicken stock to ours (as my husband likes it better with more liquid). Firm favourite though, thanks for sharing =)
