  • 1 brown onion, Peeled
  • 1 zucchini, Roughly chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, Peeled
  • 1000 g premium beef mince
  • 1/2 tbsp Porcini or normal salt
  • 2 Large freerange eggs
  • 2 tablespoon almond meal
  • 1/2 Cup Dukkah for crusting

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add onion, zucchini, garlic to TMX. Chop speed 6 for 4 seconds.

     

    Add mince, eggs, almond meal, salt and pepper to tmx. Mix well on speed 8, while pressing mixture around with TMX spatula to aid with incorporation.

     

    Form rissoles and coat with dukkah. 

     

    Fry in olive oil tmrc_emoticons.)

    Awesome rissoles and one of our favourites now, make extra dukkah so that I have it for next time as well - I use all dried ingredients (I dehydrate my own onion and garlic) so that it lasts for weeks in the fridge.  We love them for a  main meal or a picnic with an amazing dip tmrc_emoticons.)

    nice paleo rissoles. dukkah added a lovely crunchy factor. we served topped with chilli & cherry tom relish - delish
