Ingredients

Rosemary vinaigrette

  • 30 g parmesan cubed
  • 40 g white wine vinegar
  • 20 g seeded mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoon rosemary leaves
  • 50 g olive oil

Basic pizza dough

  • 8 lamb steaks, Cut into strips and then tenderize
  • 30 g Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 120 g Tomato pizza base sauce
  • * 30 g Semi sun dried tomatoes - chopped, Optional
  • * 250 g button mushrooms sliced, Optional
  • 200 g Spinach Leaves
  • 20 g Flaked Parmesan Cheese
  • * Toast pinenuts, Optional

Recipe's preparation

    Make pizza dough from EDC or Basic Cookbook
  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  4. Put all ingredients except Oil into tm jug.  Blend 20 sec speed 9. Add oil mix well 10 sec speed 4.  Set aside in a jar.

    Dont wash tm jug

  5. Lamb
  6. Cut Lamb into strips and then tenderize.

    Add dijon mustartd, garlic, rosemary and oil to tm jug. Blend 20 sec speed 9.  

    Add lamb strips and mix well 20 secs Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

    Set aside to marinate.

     

  7. Pizza bases
  8. Make about 25 cm diameter pizza base, you may not need all the dough unless you want a really thick pizza.

    Spread base with sauce, cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes.  

    Bake uncovered in a hot oven for 15 mins or until pizza is just browned and base is crisp.

    Meanwhile cook the lamb (i usually do it on the bbq) in a well oiled pan until brown and cooked through. 

    Gently toss spinach with 1/2 of the Rosemary Vinaigrette in a separate bowl.  

    Place cooked lamb and spinach on pizza dizzle vinaigrette and sprinkle with parmesan cheese flakes and pinenuts if using. 

Tip

This recipe has a few steps but well worth if you are looking for something different in the way of Pizza's.  My family and friends will come from far and wide for this.   I hope you enjoy it too.
