- 180 g potato
- 50 g Milk
- 200 g onion
- 180 g leek
- 100 g double cream
- 1 litre vegetable stock

Place onion and leeks in TM bowl, chop 10 seconds, speed 7.Add butter cook for 100 degrees, 2 minutes speed 1Add stock, potato, salt and pepper, cook for 100 degrees, 10minutes speed 1Add cream and milk, cook for 100 degrees, 10minutes speed 1Blend for 30sec going slowly from speed 1 to speed 8 (for a smooth consistency)

Nice flavour, but too runny. will make again with only 600mls stock.
This is amazing! I've never been a fan of potato and leek soup but this one tastes amazing! Even miss fussy eater (8yo) who NEVER likes soup ate it and said it was ok which in my books is a huge win!
I used 600ml stock and 400g potato turned out the perfect consistency!

Very nice, but I would have liked it a bit thicker - I will try it with 800ml stock next time.
