Great recipe. I jsut added a clove of garlic and they tasted amazing. WIll definitely make again. And so pleased to discover how easy it is to make wraps!
Used the spinache, cheese, onion mixture in a bread dough to make scrolls. Very yummy and got the thumbs up from all. Mixed the cheese in by hand. Doubled the cheese.
Delicious. Great way to cook silverbeet. I added garlic and used 150g tasty cheese and 50g goats cheese as that's all I had. My hubby and three sons all loved it which is saying something! Will definitely make again.
I added a garlic clove in with the onion, and topped the mixture with fresh chilli before cooking, delish!
Great recipe, will make it again.. I made a half batch of dough and a whole bath of filling and made five smaller gozleme which worked perfectly. I felt like it could have used garlic and maybe some mustard seeds next time, just for some extra flavour.
