Replace Lamb with Steak, Veal, Pork or Turkey.
Vegetarian just leave out meat still tastes awesome.

If you would like it spicier and more Chilli Flakes.
Original recipe is from Lee Holmes Heal Your gut. I was missing a few ingredients and I added a few extra but the taste overall was devine.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Quite tasty and easy to make.
Really yummy, thanks.
Absolutely delicious. Amazing flavour and the lamb was beautiful and tender. Great recipe! Thank you!
What cut of lamb is suggested? Thanks
So good will Def be making this again. The corriander gives the soup such a nice flavour. Lamb needed to be cooked more though as I like my lamb very soft.
Quick, healthy and yummy. Kids didn't go for this one but didn't really expect them too.
I make it for myself for lunches for the week.
Delicious and a favourite : )
Nice soup, great to have something different to the usual soups. I didn't put in as much chilli flakes and was just right for us. Will definitely be making again.
Absolutely delicious! I added a dollop of natural yoghurt. This will be a firm favourite.
Delicious, can feel how nourishing and healthy this is for me!
