Ingredients
Dough
- 1 quantity Edc pizza dough
Filing
- 1 med onion, peeled and halved
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 grams olive oil
- 300 grams mince beef
- 2 tablespoons taco mix
- 25 grams water
- 1/2 can red kidney beans
- 75 grams grated cheese
- 1 egg, beaten for glaze
Salad topping
- 1/2 small lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 75 grams Grated cheese to top
- sour cream
- 1 jar Salsa

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place onion and garlic into the "Closed lid" .
2. Chop sp 5/ 5 seconds. Scrape. Repeat.
3. Add oil, mince and seasoning.
4. Brown on Varoma / 8 m /sp "Gentle stir setting"
5. Add water and set to 100C / 10 min /"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
6. Add drained and rinsed kidney beans and combine briefly sp1 / "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 secs.
7. Set aside to cool.
Preheat oven to 180C
1. Roll out pizza dough (on a large piece of baking paper) to app 33cm x 33cm and place on a large baking sheet.
2. Place filling evenly down the centre and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Cut diagonal opposing strips on either side. Brush tips with water.
4. Fold ends in first and then criss cross to enclose the filling. See picture.
5. Brush lightly with egg wash.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden
7. Leave to cool slightly on tray for 10 minutes
8. Top with salsa, chopped lettuce, cheese, tomato and dollops of sour cream
9. Slice and serve.

Tip
A delicious cross of Mexican and Italian...
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Add chilli etc for extra heat if desired.
