The best zucchini slice I've had!
I used a chorizo instead of bacon, the slice was demolished so I made another with a carrot to bring up the zucchini weight and again a chorizo and some dried chili flakes = delish for both
I just made this it's so good!! Thankyou for the recipe! I did reduce the oil also that was the only change I made!
Best zucchini slice!
we used butter instead of oil and they are delicious before you even put them in your mouth *drool*
Very yummy. Freezes well and tastes just as good when defrosted. Thanks for the recipe.
Love this recipe and have been using for years!
I add a carrot and reduce eggs to 4. I also dice the bacon and stir it in at the end as I like bacon pieces in my zucchini slice.
Love love love this recepie!!!
I usually make it once a week it's such a good snack to have in the house or for work even a light lunch.
I normally lessen the zucchini a touch & add in a carrot or even diced pumpkin ( when I do this I put the reverse function on to mix it fall through)
Love this recipe. A perfect way to use up my homegrown zucchini’s and eggs. I have plenty of cherry tomatoes in my garden too and added these to the top before baking. I now have a whole lot in the freezer for lunches.
Simple and delicious, added 50g grape seed oil and also drained zucchini after chopping, cooked for 45 min
Delicious and so easy. I used 50g olive oil and baked in a metal lamington tray. I'll be making this again
