- 100g Parmesan cheese, grate set aside
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
filling
- 100g cheese sliced
- 200g Mushrooms sliced, cooked and drained
- semi dried tomatos, drained if in oil

grate cheese set aside
chop potato ,onions 5sec/speed 5
add eggs and cheese and mix 5secs/speed 4 rev
spread out on ovenproof paper and cook for 25mins or till brown on 200.
add filling roll up and cook for further 15mins/200 degrees
i did mushroom /cheese and tomato but the original was with cheese and ham .i think you could do any filling but not anything to wet
