- 2cups sliced zucinni, i had large zuccini i removed seedypart
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 200g whipping cream
- 1 small bunch basil
- 100g tasty or parmesan, grated
- 6 eggs
- pinch Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 EDC shortcrust pastry, i used wholemeal flour

Prepare pastry as EDC and line a 22cm pan i used one with removable bottom,then place in freezer for one hour.Then blind bake for 15-20mins 200degree oven
add zucinni/basil/cheese in layers to cooked pastry case
put eggs/cream/nutmeg in bowl season and cook for 3mins 90/speed 4
pour into pastry case and top with alittle more grated cheese and tomato,cook in 200degree oven for about 45mins,i covered after 30mins to stop pastry burning.check for doneness with knife add extra time as needed my dish was deep
