Ingredients
Dough
- 230 grams Milk
- 80 grams Butter
- 2 tbsp raw sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp dried yeast
- 550 grams bakers flour
Garlic Butter
- 100 grams Cheddar cheese, Grated
- 90 grams Butter
- 4 cloves garlic, medium to large
- 3 tsp Chopped chives, Dried

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add milk butter sugar & salt into mixing bowl 3 minutes 37 deg speed 2
2. Add the other dough ingredients and mix 6 seconds speed 6 then kneed 3 minutes "Closed lid" "Dough mode"
3. Place onto thermomat lightly wrap
4. half fill thermo server with boiling water put lid on and place in microwave and sit wrapped dough on to of thermo server with door slightly ajar for 20-30 minutes
1. Place garlic in bowl chop 4 seconds speed 9 scrape down sides of bowl
2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix 15 seconds speed 4
3. set aside
1. Roll dough into log then cut in half (Other half can be used for second batch)
2. flour surface then roll to approx 5mm thick
3. Use egg ring and cut into circles
4. Place filling into centre of each dough cirle
5. For pillows use milk around edge for clams no milk needed
6. Fold in half and crimp edge with fork
7. Place baking paper on tray leave 2 cm spacing between each pillow/clam
8. place into a pre-heated oven of 180 deg for 10-12 minutes
9. Enjoy !!!!!!
