Yummmm!!! These were a hit in my home. After reading other comments I did add an egg. The second time I made them I also added a layer of ham and they are now on the regular meal list.

Added extra 200g chicken, two gloves of garlic, table spoon of oregano and a little extra cheese. Also made a little extra pizza sauce.
The left over sauce in the pan drizzles on top made them twice as good! Delicious and fairly quick, definitely easy dinner 👌

This recipe is 5 star - has become a family favourite. I use a pasta sauce and spread a little on the bottom of my dish then add the meatballs, then using a pastry brush apply a little sauce to each meatball. Before adding the extra cheese at the end, I just pour the remainder of the jar of sauce evenly over the meatballs. Delicious every time.
