Great flavours. Like others, I reduced the paprika to 1 teaspoon and cooked the spiced with the onion. I also cooked the chorizo and chicken on the stove to ensure they were crisp, and added a bit more water. Fed a family of 4 comfortably. Would definitely make it again.
great filling dish as it fills the bowl! The only thing I would do different is to cook off the spices with the onion as the raw spice taste kind of lingered after I was finished.
Going to cook this tonight but 500g of chicken to 200g of rice seems like a lot. Just wondering whether anyone thought there was too much chicken in it or whether anyone has adjusted the quantities of rice/chicken?
This will become a regular in my household - Thank you xx

I'm never making risotto on the stove again! This tasted amazing and will definately be a dinner favourite. I added diced carrot for some extra vegies and omitted the chorizio. Oh and threw some fresh parsley in at the end for a few minutes.
Got my Thermomix yesterday & this was the first meal I made in it...my partner & I absolutely loved it...flavour is amazing!! Will def be making this again.
Loved this receipe I have made it twice now and making it again tonight...only thing I would say is that the 6 portions it makes are a little small for 6 adults...
