Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, either microwaved or cooked on stove top and cut into small dice
  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1-2 Green Chillies, halved and deseeded
  • 1 centimetre of fresh ginger
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 1/2 level teaspoon tumeric
  • 1/2 level teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 level teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Peas
  • 4 sheets of puff pastry

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add onion and garlic, ginger, chilli into bowl - chop 5 seconds speed 5

    scrape down bowl and repeat

    Add oil cook 5 minutes 100 deg speed 1

    Add spices and peas making sure the spices do not sit on top of the blades, cook 5 minutes 100deg speed 1 MC off

    Stir the mix through your diced potatoes really well

    Cut the single sheets of puff pastry into four, place a spoonfull of the mixture in the middle and fold over to form a triangle, seal the edges with fork

    Bake in the oven/ air fryer 200 deg, till golden brown, 15-20mins

Tip

Serve with mango chutney, sub peas for corn, use 1-2 green chilli

    Excellent, thank you.

    I added a heap of veggies I had on hand, including carrot, parsnip, silver beet.

    served as cold 'pre dinner snack' that was huge success, also made a raita.

    could not believe almost 3 year old grandson loved them.

    Made huge amount for event and to freeze, had some veggie mix left over, so put it with some cooked sausages for an easy tasty winter dinner. Wow!
