Dough
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese
- 50 grams rolled oats
- 170 grams spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp Rapadura
- 30 grams lard
- 50 grams Butter
- 30 grams Milk
- 1 tsp sea salt

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Grate Parmesan cheese and set aside
Chop oats on speed 7 for 1-2 secs
Add grated cheese and all over ingredients and mix on reverse speed 5 for 3 secs
Leave on reverse speed 5 and slowly add milk. This should take 1 min.
Put into closed lock position and knead for approximately 1.5 mins.
Turn onto mat and hand knead into a ball. Roll with rolling pin and cut into shapes.
Place into oven on baking tray and bake for approximately 10 mins.
