I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
-Put Water, Sugar and Yeast into the TM bowl.
-Heat 3 mins/37/ spd 1.
-Add Bakers Flour, Bread Improver, Salt, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
-Increase speed slowly to speed 5 (doing it slowly will stop flour sticking to your TM lid), and combine for a few seconds.
-Knead for 6 mins/lid closed position/Interval Speed (dough setting).
-Put the dough into your Thermomat and leave it in a warm place for a minimum of 20-40 mins (until the dough has doubled in size) to prove.
-Knock the dough down, and shape it into 8-12 rolls. Weigh ito equsl portions if you want them perfect.
-Put the rolls close together on a lined baking tray and leave in a warm place to prove again for 30 minutes.
-Bake in a 190C oven for 25-30 minutes they should be golden brown and make a hollow sound when tapped on the bottom.
HOW:
Tip
I heat my oven to 50C for the duration of the dough kneading anf then turn it off and pop my dough to prove in there. It makes it a nice wamr environment which will make it prove more efficiently.

By far the best bread rolls I've made in the thermie so far, outstanding and my kids love them!
Love this recipe - light and fluffy.
Made it without bread improver.
These are wonderful, light and fluffy on the inside, just the best!
Tbis is a great easy recipe. So light and fluffy. I sprinkle flour on them before they go into the oven to give a rustic look, very nice
.
This is an awesome recipe- perhaps the one I have been looking for! I didn't have bread improver, but the rolls still turned out really well. I think the trick is giving them time to proof. I may need a bit more experience in knocking down the dough and making them in to balls, so I don' let all the air out. My only comment is that my rolls browned too much after 25min and became crunchy- I may decrease the temperature or leave them for less time next time. Will definitely make them again- thank you!
I made these rolls to have with our chicken burgers tonight at tea. Oh my they are superb, i will definitely be making these again.
Best bread rolls I've made so far!
They have bread improver at Woolworths too near the flour, etc
I got mine from a bread shop. I'm in Perth. There is All About Bread on Wanneroo Road.
