- 200G Sunflour seeds
- 2 tbs psyllium husks
- 60g Linseeds
- 100g sesame seeds
- 1tsp salt
- 500ml water

Prepared 2 biscuit trays with baking paper, turn oven to 160c
Place Sunflowr seeds and psyllium husks to the bowl and mill on speed 8 for 8 seconds, add all other dry ingredients and mix on speed 4-5 untill combined 10 seconds, add the water and mix on speed 4, 10 to 15 seconds.
Leave the mixture to stand for up to 10 minutes untill thickened, then with a flat knife or spatua spread on two prepared biscuit trays, mixture will be a little like a cake mix.
Bake in preheated oven and after 30 minutes bring out and cut into pieces with a pizza cutter, pop back into oven to crisp, removing outside crackers as they crisp. Let stand to cool before storing.

I will make these again. I added chilli flakes and mixed herbs and salt to the top before baking. I will cook longer next time as they still weren't crisper but good all the same.
I was looking for some easy GF crackers, so I made these last night and they are great! Even my hard-to-please gluten-eating son and husband enjoyed them. I spread the mixture on the trays before thickening, as suggested by someone else, and found that was a good idea. One tray (mixture was a bit thicker) took quite a bit longer to crisp up, so I turned up the oven to hasten the process. I only had a tiny amount of linseeds in the cupboard, so along with them, I added about a teaspoon or two of fennel seeds to give some extra flavour. Nice!
I made these, 2 trays 2 different results, the ones I forgot and nearly burnt were delicious. I took advice and added more salt to top, I also heavily sprinkled chilli flakes, pepper and basil on one and almost coated one with sesame seeds which I pushed in with paper. Very pleased with overcooked ones
Great recipe; thank you Sue! I turned them over after cutting them to varying sizes, just to crisp them up quicker. Took another 10-20 mnutes at 160. Next batch I am going to add some herbs. Will definitely have to keep making these cos the kids devoured them!

I just love these crackers, and try to always have some on hand.
I find it easier to pour the mixture into the tins immediately after adding the water, before it thickens. If I'm quick enough I can spread it edge to edge before it thickens, saving time, and getting an even surface
Wow these are fantastic! And guilt free. Full of awesome goodness. I'll be making them often!.... I found turning them over in the end made them go crispy a bit quicker.

Hi, Just wondering if you may have forgotten to wait the 10 minutes for the mixture to thicken, as this could be why you had a "soup" like appearance to your dish. You statement suggests that you do not know that weight for water is same in mls as in grams.
BEWARE..........pay attention and read recipe better than i did!!! I added 500grams of water instead of 500ml.
Ended up with sunflower soup. Have added plain flour enough to make dough, in oven now we will have to see how works. Smells good but not GF now
