I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Pre heat oven to 200 Deg.
Chop onion, carrot, zucchini and parsley for 4 seconds, Speed 7, set aside.
Place chicken in the bowl and turbo 8 times. Add Breadcrumbs and one egg for 10 seconds, Speed 5 to mix.
Add vegetable mixture and mix for 10 seconds on Speed 3.
Spoon 1/8 of the mixture down the middle of each pastry sheet. Fold one edge over and tuck in. Repeat with remaining filling and pastry. Cut into 3cm pieces and cut two small incisions into each roll to prevent splitting.
Place on baking sheets and chill for 30 minutes if time permits.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until brown.
Tip
You can use different vegetables and herbs. These freeze really well. You can put them straight in lunch boxes and freeze and they will defrost by lunch time, easy lunches!

Healthy, great texture but not well received by the target audience. Thanks for sharing though.
Great Recipe! Made them yesterday and had to stop myself from eating them! Next time I might make them with some spices or make a sauce to go with them. But they are so easy to make!
Awesome..... went down well with the family and so easy to make
Great recipe. I added some salt and pepper & tomato sauce. Was told by the whole family that they were the best sausage rolls they have ever had. They loved them and I have fussy eaters.
I added 20g worcheshire sauce
These turned out bit rubbery and lacked flavour, might have been better with some added curry powder and salt maybe. My son only ate them when drowned in sauce and my daughter refused them all together, bit of a miss for us sadly.
Love these! Thank u!
Yum! Love these, thanks for the recipe.
Yum...kids loved them. Not dry either like some chicken sausgae rolls AAA+++
These were delicious, my husband certainly liked them and my 2 year old was semi interested. Might just try sausage mince next time.
