Ingredients

  • 250 g quinoa, washed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, halved
  • 200 g mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 90 g salami, sliced
  • salt, pinch
  • 5 g paprika
  • 10 g dried oregano
  • 20 g fresh basil leaves
  • 90 g ham, sliced

Recipe's preparation

    quinoa
  1. Weigh in quinoa.

    Rinse well.

    Add 900g water to TM bowl.

    Cook 16mins sp4 on varoma.

    Drain and set aside to cool.

  2. Pizza Bites
  3. Add to TM bowl

    - onion

    -garlic

    -basil and chop 5seconds on speed 7. Scrap down.

    Add

    -salami

    -ham

    -salt

    -paprika

    -oregano

    -quinoa and

    -eggs

    Mix for 2minutes Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 5

     

    Spoon into muffin tin, pressing down firmly.

     

    Bake 30-35 mins 180 degrees.

     

    Serve with dipping sauce of choice

Tip

spray muffin holes with spray to avoid sticking.

allow to cool before removing.

    Yummy! Great recipe for something a little different and a great base to play with. I didn't use all the cooked quinoa, chopped mozzarella with onion and garlic, used fresh oregano, only had 30gms of salami and no ham so made up the difference with bacon. Added 100gm crumbled feta, chopped deseeded tomatoes and chopped olives. a huge thank you for an awesome idea! tmrc_emoticons.)
