    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

    Super quick and easy! Thanks.

I substituted the cream for cottage cheese as I didn't have any cream. Worked out great. I agree with comments to par baking the pastry. I did this but could have done it slightly longer. I would also fry the bacon prior to adding. I used a smaller round oven tray and I found it to be of a perfect size for my needs. Thanks for sharing!

I found not enough mixture and next time I'd halve the onion. Very simple

I added chillie, bazil, parsley & spinach in the first grate. I then added 2 more eggs and a little milk to get the right consistency.

Nice flavour. I par-cooked the pastry base before adding the mixture. Also, I would cook the bacon before adding it to the mix next time. Otherwise, a great, simple recipe.

Once I'd poured it into the Pyrex dish, I realised it was a little small for my hungry family, and I wanted to add more veg. So I chopped up some tomato, zucchini, baby spinach and red pepper and then added 3 more eggs, a little more cream, and a little more milk, then added it to the Pyrex dish. Perfect amount and perfect taste.

I made this with half an onion, no cream and a handful of spinach. Tasted great. Thanks.
