    Vegetarian, Gluten Free
  1. 1.Place meringue in TM bowl, mill for 5 seconds, speed 8. 

     

    2. Add raspberries, mill for 5 seconds, speed 8. Scrape down sides. 

     

    3. Add cream, mix for 20 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down sides. 

     

    4. Continue mixing for 25 seconds, speed 4, assisting with spatula. 

     

    Serve Immediately. 

Tip

Variation: Any frozen berries can be used for this recipe, but blackberries are especially delicious. 

Chefs' Tip: Break a failed pavlova into small pieces and store in an airtight jar for future instant ice cream.
