Ingredients

  • 400 gram Beef mince
  • 20 gram bread crumbs
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1 brown onion, halved
  • 3 tablespoon HP sauce
  • 1 level teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 clove garlic
  • bunch Continental Parsley, small bunch
  • 150 gram Brie cheese, cut in to four portions
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
  • 4 kaiser bread rolls, split in half
  • 8 tablespoon whole egg mayonaise
  • 4 heaped teaspoon wholegrain mustard
  • 70 gram Mixed salad leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • bread and butter cucumbers to serve
  • 4 rashes of short cut bacon
  • 8 slices Tasty cheese

Recipe's preparation

    burgers
  1. - Chop garlic, onion and Parsley 5sec, speed 7

    - Add beef mince, bread crumbs, egg yolks, sauces and sugar. Combine 7 sec, reverse speed 5.

    - Split meat mixture in to four portrions, round in to a burger patty shape with your hands. make an indent in the centre of each patty with thumb, and insert brie cheese portrion. smooth patty back over, ensuring the cheese is completely covered.

    - In a small bowl mix the mayonaise with the mustard until well combined.

    - Fry burgers in a frying pan for 5 min on each side. Add the bacon to the frying pan after the first five minutes and cook to your liking. 

    - Also at this five minute mark, spray your kaiser rolls with olive oil spray and put under the griller to toast lightly. (Keep an eye on these they tend to toast quickly.)

    Once these items are cooked you are ready to construct your burgers.

    - roll bottom, spread with 1 tablespoon of mayo/mustard mixture

    - lettuce leaves

    - cheese slice

    - burger patty

    - cheese slice

    - bacon slice

    - tomato

    - bread and butter cucumbers

    - roll top, also spread with one tablespoon of mayo/mustard mixture.
