Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, either microwaved or cooked on stove top and cut into small dice
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1-2 Green Chillies, halved and deseeded
- 1 centimetre of fresh ginger
- 30 grams olive oil
- 1/2 level teaspoon tumeric
- 1/2 level teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 level teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 Cup of Frozen Peas
- 4 sheets of puff pastry

- Add onion and garlic, ginger, chilli into bowl - chop 5 seconds speed 5
scrape down bowl and repeat
Add oil cook 5 minutes 100 deg speed 1
Add spices and peas making sure the spices do not sit on top of the blades, cook 5 minutes 100deg speed 1 MC off
Stir the mix through your diced potatoes really well
Cut the single sheets of puff pastry into four, place a spoonfull of the mixture in the middle and fold over to form a triangle, seal the edges with fork
Bake in the oven/ air fryer 200 deg, till golden brown, 15-20mins
Tip
Serve with mango chutney, sub peas for corn, use 1-2 green chilli
