Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Pre heat oven to 180 deg.

    2. Place pasta in Thermoserver and cover with boiling water. Set aside.

    3. Add carrot, zucchini & spinach to TM and chop - 3 sec/speed 6. Set aside.

    4. Add onion, garlic and oil - chop 3 sec/speed 6. Saute 5 min/120 deg/speed 1.

    5. Strain pasta.

    6. Add (to TM bowl) chopped vegetables, stock, ham, cheese, eggs and pasta - mix Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 10-15 sec/speed 4.

    7. Spoon into muffin cases (I use silicone) and bake for 15-20 minutes.

    8. Serve hot or cold. Freezes well too!

Tip

* This is a complete hidden veggie meal. Carbohydrates in the pasta, protein in the ham and eggs, vitamins in the vegetables, calcium in the cheese... I comfortably feed my children these on their own for dinner!!

*** Make sure you only leave the pasta 'cooking' in the Thermoserver for 10 minutes tops. It will be quite al dente but that is ok. It will finish cooking in the oven.

Great recipe, I changed it a litte to make it vegetarian.  I didn't use ham instead I added 100g broccoli and chopped it with the other veggies.  I had no spinach so I added a handful of parsley. Yumo

i struggle to get my girls to eat veggies and they loved them. Didn't have anything in the house except veggies and discovered this recipe. I reduced cheese next time I will probably put some corn as well.

These are one of our favourite weekend lunches, delicious! I've also made them GF by substituting pasta for canellini beans

Amazing. I ended up with green ones as my veggie stock paste was green. So next time I'll try chicken stock and see how we go. Oh and there will totally be s next time. They are great. Even as a lunch time snack.

Loved these, I added some advocado that I had leftover so they went slightly green but they were still delicious. Awesome recipe
