Ingredients

Baking Flour

  • 110 g baking flour
  • 1 level teaspoon Backing Powder
  • 150 g Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 120 g Cheddar cheese
  • 150 g Sandwich Ham (Diced)
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum (Diced)
  • 1/2 level teaspoon Basil (Dry)
  • 1/2 level teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 3/4 level teaspoon Oregano (dry)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat Oven to 200 Degrees. Grease Muffin Pan.

  2. Grate Cheese 10 Seconds, Speed 9

  3. Combine flour, baking powder,and spices, egg, milk, capsicum and ham. Mix 5 seconds on speed 5

  4. Divide into miffin wells. Bake for 20-30 minutes or unti lightly brown and puffed (depending on depth of muffin pan.


    I use a  very shallow tray.

    The flavour in these was really yummy. I just thought they'd be a bit more bread-like. My little boy loves them so I will definitely be making again!

    I used a very shallow matty tin. So the time vaies on depth of tray. Im glad you enjoyed them though

    They rose nicely but then sunk, turned out they were not fully cooked when I first took them out so I popped them back in for more cooking time. I did tweak the recipe a little, added zucchini and used green instead of red capsicum, fresh basil and dried thyme. Taste great and my toddler enjoys them.
