Tip
So delicious...
Try adding your favourite veggies...carrots, sliced broccoli etc. Leave out the ham/bacon for a vegetarian option.
Or, layer the potatoes and cheese with left over bolognaise sauce.

Not sure why this would be titled as a lasagne, as it's more a layered frittata or deluxe potato bake. Nonetheless it was a good way to use up the last of the Christmas ham - given the ham in it the bacon is also totally unnecessary.
The taste was nice enough, but besides steaming the potatoes and onions in it the Thermomix is totally overlooked for the rest of the recipe. It would be awesome if the author could amend (eg ingredients into grams not cups, chopping parsley in TM, scraping sides then adding eggs and cream to mix etc).
Sorry to sound so critical, but this recipe could be made to be so much better. 🤓

yum! So easy, great for leftover Christmas Ham, I did`nt have any bacon so just added more smoked ham off the bone. Loved by the whole family.

Absolutely delicious. Great way
to use up ham and those excess potatoes left lying around!
Made this last night and hubby loved it. I used 300mls of carnations light cooking cream instead of cream as hubby allergic to cream. Will definitely make again.
Would substituting ham with turkey work for this recipe? Looking for ways to use up the rest of the roasted turkey from Xmas dinner. Thanks!
