Ingredients
- 2 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 parsley sprigs
- 60 g carrot
- 50 g grated cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 500 g Beef mince
- 2 tbsp Worstershire sauce
- 2 egg yolks, for glaze
- 1 tbsp ketchap manis, or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- salt to taste
- 3 puff pastry sheets
- seaseme seeds, for top

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and spread out pastry sheets on the bench so they begin to defrost.
1) Place spring onions, garlic cloves and parsley into the"Closed lid" and chop for 5 seconds/speed 7. Set aside in seperate bowl.
2) Add carrots to the "Closed lid" and chop for 5 seconds/speed 7.
3) Place mince, grated cheese, egg whites, worstershire sauce, ketchap manis, dijon mustard and salt into the "Closed lid" and mix for 30 seconds/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 3 stiring with the spatula to make sure it is all combined well.
4) Cut each sheet of pastry in half and spread out the mixture lengthways in the centre. Fold over and seal with a little egg yolk and by pressing down with a fork.
Tip
If made with fresh mince then the sausage rolls can be frozen and then cooked straight from the freezer as needed.
