Ingredients
PUREE
- 1/2 onion, Peeled
- 1 tomato, Halved
- 12 Curry Leaves, without the stem
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 Red or green chillies, Red is hotter
MILL SPICES
- 1 star anise
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1/2 teaspoon cummin seeds
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 10 Whole Peppercorns
NEXT INGREDIENTS
- 2 bay leaves
- 50 grams olive oil
- 1/2 onion, peeled
- 750 grams Lamb, diced
EXTRA SPICES
- 2 level tablespoons garam masala, EDC
- 1 level tablespoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons korma curry paste, on Recipe Community by ThermoGoss
HARD VEGATABLES
- 1 Potato Diced, (About 150 gm or 1 cup)
- 1 Carrot Diced, (About 80 gm or 3/4 cup)
- 150 grams Kumura (Yellow sweet potato), Diced
OTHER VEGETABLES
- green beans, Sliced (About 1 cup)
- 1 small zucchini, Diced (About 1 cup)
- pumpkin, Diced (About 1 cup)
- broccoli, If using add for last 5-7 minutes of cooking
STOCK
- 1 heaped tablespoon vegetable stock concentrate, EDC
TO SERVE
- cooked rice, Cook while curry is standing or before you start.
- Yogurt plain, 1 cup
- Baby Spinach Leaves, Place in Thermoserver

Cook Rice as per EDC, before commencing curry or while curry stands at the end.
Mill Garam Masala as per Page 37 of EDC if using fresh.
Place onion, tomato, curry leaves, garlic, ginger and chillies into TM bowl. Puree 5 seconds/ Speed 7 Set aside.
Rinse and dry TM bowl well, Place dried bowl back on TM and run on "Closed lid" / Speed 7 amd Turbo 2 or 3 times, wipe off water that is on sides of the bowl to ensure a dry bowl for milling
Place star anise, cardamom pods, cummin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick and pepper corns into TM bowl. Mill Speed 9/ 30 seconds or until ground fine.
Place bay leaves in TM bowl and weigh in oil.
Saute 3 minutes/ Varoma/ Speed 1
Add 1/2 onion. Chop 2-3 seconds/ Speed 7
Saute 6-7 minutes/ Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 1
When, Varoma temperature is reached, Change Speed to"Gentle stir setting" and add lamb through hole in the lid. Lamb needs to cook on outside. so may need a stir.
Place puree, garam masala, coriander, turmeric, curry paste, and hard vegetables into TM bowl. Add 150-200 gm water. Do not fill past 1.5 mark on bowl.
Cook 10 minutes/ Varoma/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / "Gentle stir setting"
Add other vegetables and 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Stock Concentrate. If adding broccoli add for last 7-5 minutes of cooking. If you cannot fit it in the bowl sit on lid and cover with basket up side down. Do not block the steam from coming out. Will finish cooking in Thermoserver.
Cook 15 minutes/ Varoma/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / "Gentle stir setting"
Check vegetables are cooked to you liking, if not do another 2-3 minutes as above.
Add Yogurt and stir in, Place curry in Thermoserver on top of spinach leaves and allow to stand 10 minutes.
Stir curry and Serve with cooked rice.

Tip
You can use different vegetables, but make sure to put hard one in first stage.

Now they are introducing a new dish to you, named “south indian lamb curry” and now it's easier to get cheap assignment help to hire a legit services. Really enjoyed this. I was a bit daunted by the ingredients list but I managed this after only having my thermo for a week just took me a little longer I served it with rice cooked in coconut milk and another dish of butter chicken.
