Such an easy and yummy recipe.
will Definately be making again.
This is so easy & delicious. This will be my go to zucchini dish from now on. The whole family loved it.
I made muffins of these, adding ham and red capsicum. Delish
This is really yum, freezes amazing!!! I double recipe add mushroom, capsicum spinach whatever I have and half the cheese - one of my go to recipes
This is a great recipe, tastes good and so quick and easy.
Yum super easy to make.
Great easy and yummy recipe.
Absolutely delicious & so quick to prepare. The stock gives the dish a great flavour, better than the usual zucchini slice recipe. I used an extra large zucchini from the garden & 3 diced ham steaks. Thanks for sharing your recipe
great recipe - so quick and easy!
Love how easy this is with it all going in the bowl together. Very versatile recipe that can be easily adapted to what you have in the fridge eg I added a bit of carrot and capsicum and used salami as the meat. I also decided to use the mix with a shortcrust pastry base but it is also tasty without this.
