Ingredients
- 300 grams Chuck Steak, chopped into chunks
- 1/2 onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves.
- 100 grams Tasty Cheese (grated)
- 60 grams oat bran
- salt & pepper, to taste
- Worcesteshire sauce, a few dashes

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1) Chop onion and garlic on speed 6 for 2 seconds.
2) Add your beef and mince on speed 8 for 10 seconds.
3) Set aside in large bowl.
4) Add cheese, oat bran, worcesteshire sauce and salt & pepper to taste.
5) Roll into semi large balls. Bake at 180 degrees celsius fan foced for 25 mins.
6) Serve with tomato or BBQ sauce!

You can add "hidden veges" by chopping them in with your garlic and onion!

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
