Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

thank you for this recipe! not sure about the Aldi's products weight as a 120grs of baby spinach bag was 75 grams in my thermy and a 375grs of ricotta measured the required for the recipe. I swaped the tomatoes for mushroms and turned out well. Also, I left it a bit longer (15more mins) in the oven.
Next time I make it, I'll add some other veggies
Good flavour, mine was very soft even after cooking for an additional 10 minutes

I've made this a couple of times now and it never disappoints
So easy and delicious! Am a big fan
Yummy! I didn't have any ricotta so added grated tasty cheese, parmesan and some cream it was AMAZING also added a couple more eggs. Definitely a crowd pleaser and will be making again!
Yummo .. love this recipe great for Lunch box and quick easy mid week meal ... Thank you
Really good
This soon become my "go to" meal. So super easy and delicious and I often have all the ingredients in the fridge. I do however modify this recipe by adding 5 eggs (rather than 3), loads more spinish and i occassionally add mushrooms to beef it up a bit and for a quicker meal i use frozen puff pastry (i know im a bit bad).
This was awesome! Will make this again & again!
Delicious! A big hit with the family, thank you!
