Yummy! Had 250 grms prawns to use up, 1 chorizo and 3 mediums tomatoes. Still had plenty of sauce. Served 2 of us with a bit left over for my husband as I don’t like a lot of pasta.
Delicious!! Thank you, so quick and easy. I fried the chorizo first and added a bit of chilli and garlic. Will be making again.
I've made this a few times now for my partner and his family, they are italian and highly rated it so I was stoked! I have put basil in with the sauce and served with a thermomix potato gnocchi which was unreal! Another I have done is swapped one chorizo out with authentic home made italian dried sausage and the heat from the chilli went through just perfectly! Amazing recipe one of my favourites.
Wasn't a huge fan, it was quite watery and I think the flavour of the chorizo was lost without being grilled first.
This was delicious and so easy, even hubby wanted to cook it! Added some garlic and fresh chilli which created a subtle chilli flavour. Great not to have any cream in it. Thank you.
Cooked this last night, delicious thanks for sharing the receipe
